TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The enrolment form must be fully completed and returned on or before their first lesson. This is inline with our safeguarding policy and allows us to ensure we all the correct information for students and parents.
Term letters will be sent out at least two weeks before the commencement of term. Payments are expected to be made by the first lesson. If payments are not made by this time, a late fee of one class will be added.
NOTICE TO LEAVE
Half a term's notice is required when a students wants to leave a class. If this notice is not given, an invoice of 50% of next term's fee will be sent out via email.
In the event of illness, lessons will only be refunded or credited in extreme circumstances.
ABSENCE FROM CLASSES
No refund or credit will be given if a student is absent from classes.
DROPPING OFF/COLLECTING CHILDREN
Please ensure your child is dropped off and collected on time as this helps to reduce disruption in classes. A fee may be charged if your child is under our responsibility for 15 minutes after their class has ended. If you wish for your child to leave without a parent or guardian, written consent must be given.
Spellbound Academy of Dance expects a high level of behaviour from all of our students. Anyone found to be disruptive or rude to a peer or member of staff will be asked to leave.
Mobile phones are not allowed in the studio.
Some of the information provided in registration will be shared with the IDTA to enter students into examinations.
Physical contact between students and staff will be kept to a minimum however there needs to be an understanding by parents that occasionally contact is needed to improve a child's technique or to help with a movement.
